We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment. Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, as well as no-shows, will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee. If your appointment was booked using a treatment package, a late cancellation or no-show will result in the forfeiture of the package voucher/session used for that appointment. Thank you for understanding and respecting our time, as these policies allow us to better serve all of our clients.
Please arrive on time for your appointment. If you arrive late, your treatment may be shortened to ensure we remain on schedule for the rest of our clients. Thank you for understanding that staying on schedule allows us to provide every client with the highest level of care and service.
All sales are final. We do not offer refunds for services rendered or for package purchases. Treatment packages are non-refundable, non-transferable, and may not be applied to other services, treatment areas, or individuals. We encourage clients to ask any questions before purchasing a package to ensure it is the right fit for their treatment goals.
Please inform us of any medical conditions, medications, or recent sun exposure before your treatment. We reserve the right to decline service if we determine it is not safe for the client.
We respect your privacy and will never share your personal information with third parties. Your contact information is used solely for appointment reminders and promotional communications with your consent.
